I was insanely happy for 10 mins today

I've never been good communication. Every time I had to talk to my parents about something important I cried. I didn't matter if they were mad or not. I just couldn't talk to them without crying. And now when I have to tell them something very important, I don't know how. I just don't talk to my parents. =/ and now when I need to I find it easier to tell my friends. Now when I NEED the support and love, I tell people a thousand miles away and I cant tell the ones who can give me what need. I cant even write it. I used to write letters when I couldn't talk to my parents. And now when I really need  it the words wont come. So I live with this deep dark secret and its tearing me apart. My whole life is falling to pieces and by doing the one simple thing that could help me, I'd rather suffer in my silence. Or talk to people miles away. What the hell is wrong with me?
